By downloading, installing, or using the Rekko mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our App.
Description of Service
Rekko is a mobile application that provides expertly curated book and movie collections, content discovery features, achievement systems, and premium content access through our credit system.
User Accounts
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

💳 Credit System and Purchases
Our App uses a credit system for accessing premium content. By purchasing credits, you agree that:

- All purchases are subject to applicable platform store policies (Apple App Store, etc.)

- Share account credentials with others
- Use automated tools to access the App
Content and Intellectual Property
All content provided through the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Rekko or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
User-generated content (ratings, reviews) remains your property, but you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content within the App.

Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. Content curation is based on expert analysis and may not reflect personal preferences.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rekko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Termination
